Color Slide

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Color Slide is a puzzle game made by Ahmad Nasser, an independent developer based in Jordan ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it to what the game needs to work, save your progress and get better. We do not sell your information, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

What we collect and why

Your account. When you start the game, it creates an account for you automatically, with no name or email needed. It has a random ID, shown in Settings as your Support ID. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, your account is linked to that sign-in so you can keep your progress on other phones. Sign in with Apple shares no name or email with us. Google shares your Google name, email address and a link to your profile picture, which are stored with your account.

Your game progress and statistics. The levels you have played, the tutorials and tours you have seen, your coins and boosters, and your Daily Levels results and streaks are saved with your account, so they are safe if you change or reinstall your phone. Statistics about each level you play are also collected and stored with your account, along with the time and day of the week on your phone. These are used to track progress and to balance the game.

Notifications. If you allow notifications, the game stores a notification address for your device with your account, so it can send the reminders and news you chose. It is used only to deliver those notifications. It is removed when you sign out or delete your account, and you can turn notifications off at any time in the game's Settings or in your phone's Settings.

Feedback and messages. When you rate a level or send us a message from Settings, we receive what you wrote or chose, together with how you played that level, the game's version, your account ID and a random ID for your device, so we can help you if you contact us. An email address is included only if you type one, so we can reply.

How the game is played. We collect anonymous usage information, such as which levels are played and which settings are changed, and a rough location (country or region) worked out from your internet address. This helps us balance levels and improve the game. It is not linked to your account.

Crash reports. If the game crashes, a crash report with technical details about your device and the game is sent to us so we can fix the problem. It is not linked to your account.

Server records. When the game talks to our servers, they keep short technical records, including your internet address, to keep the service working and safe. These are deleted after about 30 days.

Who processes it, and where

The game uses Google Firebase, a service by Google, to store accounts and progress, deliver notifications, and collect usage information and crash reports. Google processes this information on our behalf, on its servers in the United States. Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In are provided by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies.

Why we may use it (legal bases)

How long we keep it

Your account, progress and game statistics are kept while you use the game. If you delete your account in Settings, you can restore it within 4 weeks by signing in again. After that it is deleted for good; complete removal from our servers may take up to one more week. An account that was never signed in is deleted straight away. After deletion we keep only a record that an account existed and when it was deleted, with no personal information, and anonymous statistics about how levels were played and rated, which cannot be traced back to you. Messages you sent us may be kept, without your email address.

Usage information is kept for up to 14 months, crash reports for about 90 days, and server records for about 30 days.

Keeping it safe

Your information is sent over encrypted connections and stored by Google with encryption. Only we can access it, and only to run and improve the game.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the game.
